Job Overview Horseshoe Bay Golf Club (Horseshoe Bay Golf Club 2006 LLC dba Horseshoe Bay Golf Club) is looking to fill 6 positions for Golf Course Maintenance staff in Egg Harbor, WI. This temporary, full‑time seasonal position runs from April 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

Maintain the golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintaining bunkers, changing holes, trimming hedges, and performing general maintenance.

Operate golf‑course equipment—including 4‑wheel utility vehicle, string trimmer, hover mower, push mower, Par Aide cup cutter, and hand tools (rakes, shovels).

Participate in the daily set‑up of the golf course for play; mow greens, tees, aprons, approaches, and roughs.

Prepare and plant sod and seed on greens, tees, and fairways as assigned.

Keep maintenance equipment fueled and visually inspected.

Maintain effective guest relations and ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.

Perform special projects delegated by management and other duties as assigned.

Specific tasks:

Spring debris cleanup

using a utility vehicle;

edge bunkers

using a string trimmer;

top‑dress greens

with a utility vehicle pulling a brush/mat;

aerify clean‑up

using a utility vehicle, rake, and shovel;

storm debris cleanup

using a utility vehicle.

Limit guest interaction to cordial greetings and allowing members and their guests to play when possible.

Qualifications No minimum requirements. On‑the‑job training will be provided by the employer.

Compensation & Benefits

Base rate: $19.84 per hour, minimum 35 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday 7 am–5 pm; daily schedule may vary.

Overtime pay: $29.76 per hour.

End‑of‑season bonus: up to $300 based on hours worked during the season.

Transportation: For workers coming from elsewhere (including H‑2B workers), the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment if the worker completes at least 50% of the contract period. Daily transportation to the place of employment will be provided. Upon completion or dismissal, the employer will pay reasonable return transportation and subsistence costs, subject to the same restrictions.

Daily subsistence: $16.28 per day without receipts, or $68 per day with documentation of actual expenses.

Guarantee: The employer guarantees at least three‑quarters of the workdays in each 12‑week period of employment.

Tools, equipment, and supplies: Provided by the employer at no charge.

Housing: Optional; employer‑provided housing available at $58 per week, deductible from the employee’s paycheck.
