Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Solution Designer specializing in OTC (AR & OM) and Revenue Experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating business solution designs, and preparing UAT files, ensuring seamless tax integration processes. This role requires collaboration with Business Product Managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive business and system process workflows and support change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for OTC and revenue experience. Create and document business solution designs, including light design for tax integrations. Partner with stakeholders to document business and system process workflows. Document and assist in UAT preparation, including test scenarios and scripts. Provide solution guidance and support to project managers and design teams on adhoc inquiries and processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in finance/accounting with a focus on OTC (AR & OM) and revenue processes. Exceptional analytical skills for complex data interpretation. Proven ability to manage and execute multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Industry Experience Required:
Finance/Accounting background with significant experience in business solution design within this domain.
