About The Role As our Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers from their first call through service completion while helping keep the office running smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and service team to ensure calls are handled professionally, schedules stay organized, and customers feel taken care of.

What You'll Do Customer Service & Phones

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

Assist customers with scheduling service appointments

Communicate clearly with customers regarding service times and updates

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience

Office & Administrative Support

Perform data entry, documentation, and filing

Help track customer information, service requests, and follow‑ups

Support daily office operations and maintain organization

Assist with basic reporting or tracking as needed

Team Support

Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep schedules on track

Prioritize customer needs while balancing multiple tasks

Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment

Basic computer skills
