Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Duties
Draft, revise, and proofread transactional documents related to commercial real estate matters, including leases and purchase and sale agreements
Assist with assembling and organizing deal documentation, signature packets, and final closing materials
Support due diligence efforts by requesting and monitoring lien, UCC, and litigation searches
Manage business entity formations and maintenance for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, including preparation and filing of required state and tax related documents
Coordinate with state agencies, registered agents, and service providers to obtain formation records and certificates of good standing in multiple jurisdictions
Handle new matter intake processes, including conflicts review, engagement letters, and conflict waiver documentation
Maintain oversight of billing support and attorney time entry through 3E Elite
Provide day to day administrative support such as calendar management, correspondence, document organization, and deadline tracking
Work with industry standard commercial real estate forms and platforms, including AIA, AIR, and CAR
Serve as the primary legal assistant for a senior real estate partner managing a consistently high volume transactional practice
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a transactional legal assistant role, preferably within commercial real estate
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong formatting and document management skills
Familiarity with entity formations, compliance filings, and transactional closing processes
Technically capable and able to navigate form driven systems and legal platforms such as AIA, AIR, and CAR
