Role Description
This is a full-time, ON-SITE role for an Escrow Assistant, located in Peoria, AZ. Business hours are M-F, 8am-5pm. The Escrow Assistant will assist with preparing, managing, and closing real estate transactions. Responsibilities include supporting escrow officers, maintaining accurate transaction records, liaising with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to legal requirements, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
Notary certification is a plus but not required
Spanish speaking is highly advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
Familiarity with real estate industry practices and escrow software is a plus
