We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal who is passionate about supporting clients through commercial and residential real estate transactions and is excited to manage files from contract to close while collaborating with attorneys, agents, lenders, and purchasers. Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions
Order, review, and analyze title searches and title commitments
Clear title issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties
Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys through disbursement
Prepare and organize transaction documents and closing packages
Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic files
Requirements
2+ years of experience in residential real estate law
A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification
A strong understanding of title requirements and real estate documentation
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
An ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Bonus Experience
Experience working with bilingual or multicultural client populations
