
I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal & Household Assistant to support a busy family and business owner. This role is centered around managing day-to-day logistics, family coordination, and household operations so that our home and schedule run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and genuinely enjoys helping create order, flow, and ease in a fast-paced household.
Core Responsibilities Household & Lifestyle Management
Coordinate and manage household logistics and errands
Oversee returns, exchanges, and online orders
Manage dry cleaning, tailoring, laundry coordination, and seasonal wardrobe organization
Grocery shopping, pantry organization, and household supply restocking
Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel preparation
Manage gift purchasing, wrapping, and holiday coordination
Track household inventory and anticipate needs proactively
Family & Children Logistics
Assist with planning children’s birthday parties and special events
Manage activity registrations and school-related scheduling
Help coordinate weekly children’s schedules and logistics
Organize school forms, paperwork, and deadlines
Assist with carpool coordination and occasional pickups/drop-offs as needed
Help manage clothing, sports equipment, and seasonal transitions
Coordinate camps, lessons, tutors, and extracurricular activities
Scheduling & Administrative Support
Manage personal calendar and appointments
Schedule medical, dental, beauty, and personal appointments
Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries
Track important dates, reminders, and deadlines
Organize digital and physical household records
Assist with personal projects and administrative tasks as needed
Errands & General Support
Pick up prescriptions, packages, groceries, and specialty items
Coordinate service appointments and oversee vendor visits
Assist with event preparation and hosting support
Handle miscellaneous tasks that arise in daily family life
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
In-person role based in Miami Beach
Dedicated office located next to our home for administrative work
Some time spent working inside the home as needed
Must be comfortable moving fluidly between computer-based tasks and hands-on household support

Requirements
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Comfortable running errands and managing logistics independently
