Overview Well‑established, large residential HOA community in Central Florida seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee daily operations and build efficient, long‑term systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall HOA operations including compliance, violations, accounting, vendors, and homeowner communications.
Supervise a small part‑time staff and oversee community inspections.
Oversee maintenance of amenities, parks, and landscaping.
Prepare and manage HOA budgets and monthly financial reporting (QuickBooks).
Process invoices, assessments, and vendor payments.
Work closely with the Board of Directors on operational, financial, and compliance matters.
Coordinate vendors, legal counsel, newsletters, and community communications.
Handle homeowner concerns professionally and diplomatically.
Requirements
Active Florida CAM license
3+ years managing mid- to large‑size HOA or condo communities.
Experience with HOA Life and QuickBooks (or strong technical aptitude).
Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred
Knowledge of Florida HOA laws and compliance.
Self‑starter with experience building systems and structure.
