Join our friendly team in Melvindale! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and text messages. You’ll assist customers, follow up thoroughly, and enter orders/data all day.
What You’ll Do
Answer and place phone calls, texts and emails for two companies at the site
Provide top-notch service and follow through on every inquiry
Complete frame ordering, data entry, and customer follow up
Use computer efficiently and help with order/job lookup
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
Detail-oriented multitasker
Comfortable in high call volume atmosphere
Efficient with computers; Excel skills a plus!
Customer service and/or optical experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
