Overview The Gainey Agency is a fast-growing, client-focused insurance agency offering flexible, remote opportunities nationwide. We specialize in life insurance and financial protection products and support our agents through training, mentorship, and access to industry resources. This is a full-time, commission-based, 100% remote Customer Service / Insurance Agent role available to candidates based in Henderson, NV.

Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.

Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and policy benefits.

Assist with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.

Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools and ensure data integrity.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Must pass a background check.

Active life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain a license; guidance is provided).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven, remote environment.

Comfortable with technology and basic CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
