Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and maintaining ethical referral relationships that support consistent, clinically appropriate admissions. This role focuses on educating community partners on SUD IOP and HIOP as a step-down or alternative level of care while prioritizing medical necessity, recovery readiness, and continuity of care.
Qualifications Required
Experience in healthcare outreach, admissions, or business development
Working knowledge of substance use disorder treatment systems
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Preferred
2+ years in SUD treatment or behavioral healthcare
Experience with IOP/HIOP/Outpatient SUD programs
Familiarity with ASAM criteria
Experience with insurance-based treatment models
