How you´ll make an impact
Working on continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination across the organization using Lean methods, processes and tools
Change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination across the organization using ITM Lean methods, processes and tools, such as 5S, Daily Management, LSW, VSM, TPM, Kaizen, etc.
Implementing the ITM (Integrated Transformer Management) system and drive improved maturity scores to advance the organization through the ITM phases of deployment.
Developing Financial acumen to ensure priority actions are focused on driving the right improvements in the business, impacting the bottom line.
Taking part in development of Cost-out and productivity projects across the business to achieve targets.
Improving process for the organization and partner with extended cross-functional teams, at all levels of the organization, on overall use of ITM tools to drive productivity.
Facilitate the development of Cost-out and productivity projects across the business to achieve targets.
Analyze the process performance indicators continuously and take actions to address situations where process performance deviates from expectations and manage such deviations to the closure.
Act as a Role Model and Change Agent for the behavior required to support a Quality Culture. Influence Senior Managers and Peers to ensure the correct thinking and decision-making processes.
Your background
2-3 years of experience in areas of Lean operating/management systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, and/or process improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English and German language is required
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.
