About the Role Encore Search Partners is hiring an

Entry-Level Business Development Representative

to support the expansion of our

Wealth Management & RIA recruiting division.

This role focuses on

high-volume cold calling

to boutique and independent Wealth Management Firms to determine whether they are open to using our

contingency recruiting services.

You do

not

need prior BDR or recruiting experience — just a strong phone presence, a competitive mindset, and the ability to take coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Make

100 outbound cold calls per day

to Wealth Management & RIA firms.

Send

100 outbound emails per day

to support call volume.

Introduce Encore’s contingency recruiting services to firm owners and decision-makers.

Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism.

Secure

Signed Fee Agreements

and set up Job Order Intake calls with Wealth Management Team Lead.

Maintain accurate activity metrics inside CRM.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

100 outbound calls per day

100 outbound emails per day

2 new clients secured per week

(On-target =

$300/week in bonuses )

This role is designed for growth.

High performers may transition into a

Recruiter role on Wealth

Management/RIA team after approximately 6 months.
