Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Phoenix Area for a Business Development Representative. In this position, the representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to sales goals. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and relationship‑building. The Business Development Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
This is a "stepping‑stone" role in which a BDR is ideally moved into a BDM role in short order!
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and relationship‑building skills
Experience in Sales and Business Development
Self‑motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous experience in the technology or B2B industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
