Position Overview: Seeking a media-focused professional with
strong media planning and buying experience.
This role partners with the Agency of Record to plan, purchase, execute, manage, and report on
integrated media campaigns
for the brand and its retail customers.
This is a
media-heavy role
with strong project management responsibility. The candidate will manage
20–30 campaigns
annually (higher volume in summer) and will serve as the final approver of media plans.
Retail media network experience
is a plus, but strong general media expertise is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop media strategies and determine channel mix and budget allocation
Partner with Agency of Record to execute and optimize campaigns
Manage 20–30 brand and retailer-specific campaigns annually
Oversee planning, buying, execution, and performance reporting
Approve final media plans prior to launch
Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables
Provide post-campaign insights and recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand and retail teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in Media Planning, Media Buying, or Marketing
Proven hands-on media buying experience
Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels
Solid knowledge of media math (CPM, CPC, ROAS, ROI, attribution)
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience managing agency partners
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Agency background
Client-side marketing experience
CPG industry experience
Bachelor’s degree (flexible – experience prioritized)
Ideal Candidate:

Data-driven and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
