Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints. Scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, creating floorplans and footage. Capture residential photography for marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments. Create a portfolio of photographs that showcases each property in the most pleasing way possible. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales partners, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. While not scanning a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed. Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements
Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours per day. Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as necessary. Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons. Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications
At least two years of professional experience as a photographer, or a recent degree in photography. Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail. Capability to accurately capture and enter data. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and internet applications. Quick learner of commercial‑real‑estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts. Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Field experience preferred. Current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a driving record/abstraction check and responsible driving record. Compensation
The position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle and are based on performance against pre‑determined metrics. Benefits
