Who you are: As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for advanced paid social execution, channel planning, tagging and tracking, and advanced data analysis. You have 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role and a deep understanding of the native ad serving platforms. You are a data-driven individual who enjoys analyzing metrics and providing insights to drive campaign success. You are a strategic thinker who can create comprehensive media and ad plans with minimal assistance or input from senior personnel. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and can explain complex technical topics in an easy to understand, client-facing way.
What you'll be doing:
Executing advanced paid social campaigns including campaign build-outs, budget pacing, and bid optimizations
Conducting advanced data analysis and providing insights to improve paid media performance
Creating comprehensive media and ad plans with minimal assistance or input from senior personnel
Implementing tagging and tracking to create advanced audience segments from website or social actions
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance beyond platform metrics
Staying current with industry trends and best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations
What you bring:
3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role
Deep understanding of the native ad serving platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
