Who you are: As a Paid Social Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting media initiatives, data analysis, paid social execution, and basic channel planning. You have 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role and a passion for social media and data analysis. You are a strategic thinker who enjoys analyzing data and providing insights to drive campaign success. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting or exceeding client expectations.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting media initiatives by providing strategic recommendations for paid social campaigns
Analyzing data and providing insights to improve paid media performance
Executing paid social campaigns including campaign build-outs, budget pacing, and bid optimizations
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to ensure they are meeting or exceeding client expectations
Conducting benchmarking, projecting, and reach & frequency analysis to inform media planning
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations
Staying current with industry trends and best practices
What you bring:
1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
A passion for social media and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
