Each participant is formally supported by our Care Team for a full year, ensuring stability and long-term success. Key Responsibilities - your role will involve: Social Media Management
Manage Concordance’s current social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with organizational priorities and marketing goals.
Support promotion of events, trainings, and programs across digital channels.
Monitor performance using platform analytics and reporting tools and share insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
Video & Content Creation
Create short-form videos for social media platforms, including filming, editing, and basic graphic overlays.
Support storytelling efforts by capturing photos and videos from events, programs, and team members.
Ensure Concordance’s digital asset library is up to date, organized, and accessible, including photos and videos.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications on content ideas and creative direction.
Website & SEO Support
Support website updates, including writing, editing, and posting blog content.
Assist with basic website edits and content management.
Implement SEO best practices in blog posts and web content to improve visibility and search performance.
Help maintain content accuracy and consistency across digital platforms.
Email Marketing Support
Support the creation and execution of Concordance’s emailed newsletter.
Assist with drafting, formatting, and scheduling email content.
Help track and review email performance metrics to inform future improvements.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain content calendars for social, email, and web.
Assist with vendor coordination (photographers, videographers, printers, etc.).
Compile monthly or quarterly digital reports (social, email, website highlights).
Track engagement trends and flag what’s working or needs adjustment.

Required Education and Licensing:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Experience managing social media platforms for an organization or brand.
Comfort creating and editing video content for social media.
Basic understanding of website content management and SEO principles.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
