In this role, you’ll learn directly from top performers, prospect new and existing clients, and set high-impact meetings with healthcare decision-makers. This position is designed as a steppingstone to Business Development Manager, where you’ll own a territory and drive long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and source new business through cold calling, email, and research
Schedule and participate in meetings with C-suite healthcare leaders
Present physician recruiting services to prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Research and stay up to date with market and business trends in physician recruitment
Achieve daily and monthly metrics set for calls and meetings
10-20% travel with territory managers within the Eastern region
Requirements:
1-2+ years of inside sales experience required; 4+ years without a bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of healthcare staffing sales experience preferred
Proven success in securing new business
Strong organization and computer skills; Salesforce experience preferred
Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, and presenting
Professional, confident presence with the ability to engage C-suite and medical professionals
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
Stable work history with verifiable references required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
