
Our client, an engineering and manufacturing company that designs automatic flood protection systems, is hiring for a Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to learn, contribute, and grow in responsibility. This full‑time, in‑office position provides hands‑on support across a variety of marketing initiatives including lead generation, website content, CRM entry and oversight, and tradeshow coordination. This is a collaborative role with the opportunity to support team growth initiatives and take on expanded responsibilities and project ownership.
Responsibilities
Manage lead generation campaigns, LinkedIn posts and basic performance tracking.
Update and manage content on the FloodBreak website and landing pages.
Support SEO and paid search efforts and help evaluate emerging AI‑driven optimization strategies.
Assist in the planning and execution of industry tradeshows. Occasional travel to conferences/trade shows.
Support the daily operations of the marketing team, improving efficiency and communication.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing or marketing support role
Demonstrated working knowledge of WordPress websites and landing pages
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
Comfortable working across platforms and tools such as WordPress, CRM (QuickBase), Adobe & Canva
Strong attention to detail and reliability
