Position Summary Support product catalog production, sales team materials, and new product launches as a member of ATRO's in-house design team. Working under direct mentorship of the Marketing Services Manager, you'll learn specialized catalog production systems (Easy Catalog Builder), develop technical drawing skills, and gain deep heavy-duty truck parts industry knowledge while building a strong design portfolio.

Responsibilities

Update and rebrand legacy marketing materials to current ATRO standards

Assist with product catalog creation using Adobe InDesign and Easy Catalog Builder plugin

Format and layout catalog pages following established brand templates

Coordinate product photography and technical specifications with engineering team

Update existing catalogs with new products, pricing, and specifications

Prepare print-ready files for commercial printing partners

Sales Team Support (30%)

Design marketing flyers, product sell sheets, and promotional materials for 40+ person sales team

Create customer-facing presentations and proposal graphics

Develop digital assets for email campaigns and social media

Maintain library of sales collateral templates

Respond to design requests with 24-48 hour turnaround times

Support Spanish and French collateral production for international markets

Product Launch Support (20%)

Design product tags, instruction sheets, and packaging materials

Create technical drawings ranging from spec sheets to marketing illustrations

Coordinate with engineering on product measurement diagrams

Develop new product announcement graphics for multiple channels

Maintain product image database and digital asset library

Internal Communications (10%)

Design materials for plant/manufacturing employees (safety signage, announcements)

Create internal event graphics and company communications

Support HR with recruiting and onboarding materials

Maintain brand consistency across all departmental materials

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (OR equivalent portfolio)

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (primary program)

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong typography and layout fundamentals

Ability to work from templates while maintaining brand consistency

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Reliable on-site presence in St. Clair, Missouri office

Strong project management and organizational skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and excellent communication abilities

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred

Experience with catalog or publication design

Technical drawing or diagram creation experience

Familiarity with automotive/manufacturing industry

Adobe Lightroom for photo editing

Print production knowledge (bleeds, color modes, file preparation)

Basic understanding of B2B marketing

NetSuite ERP system experience

Portfolio demonstrating variety of print design work

Bilingual capabilities - Spanish or French

Salary: $42000 - $50000 per year
