
Lewis Rice LLC is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen the firm’s brand, elevate its digital presence, and support firmwide marketing communications, firm programming, and special events. The marketing coordinator work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Chief Marketing & Development Officer, contributing to initiatives that shape how the firm communicates—both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Support firmwide marketing communications, including content drafting, editing, and distribution.
Develop, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns; track engagement and identify opportunities to grow our online presence.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing firm events and networking programs.
Build and maintain reporting and analytics to measure success across marketing initiatives.
Help refine and expand Lewis Rice’s social media strategy and visual identity.
Provide general marketing support for ongoing and new initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
Strong project‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
High‑energy, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Proficient in social media marketing and familiar with platform best practices.
Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus:
