About the Role We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled videographer to join our in-house team. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality video and photo content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives. From live shoots to editing, you’ll help shape how we tell stories across platforms.

Responsibilities

Film and photograph product demos, interviews, customer stories, internal events, trade shows, and social content

Cover live events, capturing both key moments and candid footage

Collaborate with marketing to plan shoots and align on story and messaging

Work with internal teams and customers to schedule shoots, manage logistics, and communicate expectations

Serve as the primary contact for participants throughout the shoot process

Partner with design to deliver assets such as lower‑thirds, titles, and photography for digital and print

Edit short‑form videos and cutdowns optimized for various platforms

Maintain and organize a media library

Guide on‑camera participants to ensure high‑quality footage through proper lighting, framing, and audio

Operate company‑provided gear, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, microphones, and related equipment

Must‑Have

A strong portfolio showcasing interviews, events, b‑roll, still photography, and edited content

Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, audio, and post‑production workflows

Experience with still photography

Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders to plan and execute shoots

Proven ability to manage shoots independently, including scheduling, logistics, and on‑set direction

Degree in videography, film, multimedia, or equivalent hands‑on experience

Nice to Have

Proven track record (3+ years) of success in communication, marketing, or related roles

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS

Demonstrated ability to distill information from subject matter experts and translate it into training relevant to the target audience

Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Odoo CRM) and project management tools is a plus

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
