
Video Editor- Marketing

As a Video Editor for Marketing, you'll shape the visual storytelling that brings our legendary music venues to life across paid media, brand campaigns, and digital marketing efforts. You'll concept, shoot, produce, and edit compelling video content for advertising, social media, email, and web, creating authentic, on-brand videos that resonate across platforms. Working closely with marketers, designers, and content creators, you'll ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. As the ideal candidate, you'll bring strong video production and editing skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and motion design. Reports to Creative Director of Marketing and Brand.
Create, produce, shoot, and edit high-impact video content across paid media, social platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
Ensure consistent application of brand standards to maintain cohesive visual and messaging integrity across all touchpoints.
Seize creative opportunities to enhance video performance. Continuously optimize platform specific content to drive engagement and support marketing objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop video concepts that build brand equity. Use audience insights to inform storytelling approaches for both B2C and B2B initiatives with a strong emphasis on authentic, organic, UGC-style visuals.
Stay current on editing trends, storytelling techniques, tools. Apply emerging platforms and format to deliver creative, effective video assets that elevate brand expression.
Deliver video and multimedia content optimized for digital and physical platforms, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and internal stakeholders. Tailor content for social media, web, email, in venue screens, etc.
Manage a dynamic content calendar and deliver weekly video assets alongside supporting visuals. This includes digital content, audience reads, presentations, marquee animations, and other marketing collateral. Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
Create static and animated marketing assets as needed to support production design needs.
Provide clear direction and feedback to freelance and agency support. Build strong relationships and ensure deliverables align with brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
Maintain and enhance shared brand resources, including design templates, video libraries, brand guidelines, and asset management tools. Ensure easy access for internal teams and partners.
Foster cross-team collaboration and incorporate feedback to develop and execute strategic campaigns, activations, and paid media.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Degree in design, communications, video, or media-related field required
Experience
4+ years' professional experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media production, ideally within a marketing, agency, or brand environment
Demonstrated experience creating compelling, results-driven video content for paid media, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Able to communicate creative decisions clearly and incorporate feedback in support of strategic objectives
Proven success working independently while thriving in collaborative, team-driven environments
Expert at blending copy, photography, and illustration into cohesive, campaign-aligned visuals
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage production logistics, with expertise in material sourcing, cost accuracy, and vendor coordination
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional experience in iWorks, Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office. Familiar with Workfront, WordPress, HTML, Final Cut Pro, and motion design tools
Physical Requirements Speak and hear to communicate and use both near and far vision. Frequently sit with some walking and standing for office/property navigation. Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Continually use gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use.
Working Conditions In-office position based in venue. Moderate background noise typical of a collaborative office setting. Occasionally within the entertainment and restaurant venues, indoors and outdoors, with large crowds, and elevated noise levels.
