Consumer & Market Insights Leadership
Lead and execute end-to-end consumer research initiatives to support brand and portfolio growth. Identify brand insight needs and design innovative, tailored research methodologies. Manage research budgets and agency partnerships. Deliver actionable insights through workshops, debriefs, and executive-level presentations. Synthesize global insights and connect multiple data points into clear, business-driving recommendations. Brand Strategy Partnership
Translate consumer insights into concrete strategic actions in collaboration with brand teams. Drive consumer centricity across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail, Social, Education, etc.). Identify and prioritize key consumer insight topics aligned with brand strategy. Monitor emerging trends, foresights, and innovations to maintain a future-forward perspective. Collaborate with global CMI teams and international counterparts to share best practices and insights. Build strong, trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor for brand development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required (Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related field). 6–7+ years of experience in
Consumer Research / Consumer Insights
(must go beyond traditional marketing roles). Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including: Brand DNA & positioning Product & ad testing Experience supporting brand development initiatives preferred. Experience with social listening and digital monitoring platforms (TikTok, Instagram, web listening tools). About Us
