Location: San Francisco CA (Hybrid – Tue, Wed, Thur Onsite for 3 days) Duration: 3 months contract As a marketing producer focused on partner events and experiences, you are responsible for owning and contributing to key event workstreams including event registration and communications, content, and on-site logistics. Your daily role involves planning and executing events. You possess an understanding of event execution best practices to be successful in the role. As a Producer, you drive outcomes for content creation and production projects within a PA or one or more content or media projects across Client, impacting key results and leading content creation and production processes. You contribute to long-term strategy development and drive the production of content and media products that address the needs of multiple types of audiences. Acting as a subject matter specialist, you demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre‑production, physical production, and post‑production), publishing, and operations. You generate ideas to solve product, design, or production problems of high complexity and scope with multiple approaches, reaching an optimal solution and foresight to anticipate and address future issues. Influencing and collaborating across technical and production teams, you build strong relationships internally and externally, develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc. Responsibilities include: Drive the roadmap for the project, including developing and incorporating innovative solutions to complex problems. Suggest different creative production techniques to solve execution problems without compromising objectives or excellence. Evaluate third‑party resources and build and manage relationships with third‑party agencies and other partners. Manage relationships with internal teams, other platform resources and external resources, and evaluate creative and production proposals. Drive complex content creation projects and one or more content creation teams. Devise creative solutions, bring them from conception to launch. Influence work groups or other teams and project outcome by defining strategy for production of creative content and leading development of style, processes, or templates. Drive creative and technical vision for creative content to align with vision, conduct interviews and screenings across disciplines, and direct creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal project development.
