
Lead execution of one or more event workstreams within the Partner Summit, such as:
Registration & communications
Breakout session content management
Other partner-focused activations
Drive event logistics and tactical execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including:
Partner Marketing teams
Speakers and session owners
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
Proactively anticipate issues and implement solutions
Navigate ambiguity and independently prioritize multiple parallel workstreams
Support post-event activities including:
Closing outstanding deliverables and documentation
Scope & Nature of Work
Primarily tactical execution (majority of role)
Strategic direction provided by leadership
High level of autonomy expected
Not a program management role – focused specifically on event production and logistics execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, experiential marketing, or event operations
Proven experience owning events or event workstreams end-to-end
Strong background in event logistics and execution
Demonstrated ability to:
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Pivot quickly under tight timelines
Operate independently with minimal oversight
Solve problems proactively in ambiguous environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale events (1,000+ attendees) or executive-level (CXO) events
Background in B2B or technology events
Experience working with Google Cloud or similar enterprise technology environments
Global event exposure (nice-to-have, not required)
