Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator provides comprehensive marketing, communications and customer service support to the divisions of Seneca Companies and OWL Services. This role is responsible for executing corporate and divisional marketing initiatives, managing marketing assets and communications, supporting sales efforts through research and targeted campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The position works collaboratively across departments to support both external and internal marketing objectives.

What You’ll Do

30% – Marketing Collateral & Automation

Prepare and develop marketing collateral including email campaigns, direct mail, flyers, case studies, presentations and other materials in accordance with the annual marketing calendar and special requests. Ensure all written content adheres to corporate brand guidelines and AP Stylebook standards. Become a proficient user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for marketing automation. Plan, create, execute and manage marketing automation campaigns aligned with the annual marketing calendar. Understand and manage the integration between CRM systems and D365, including troubleshooting issues to ensure accurate execution, reporting, and analytics.

30% – Web, Content & Social Media

Assist with website and web-related duties across all divisions, including SharePoint updates, CMS-based website content updates and other assigned web functions. Research, write and distribute press releases and case studies. Own and manage all B2B social media initiatives across Facebook, LinkedIn and X, including content planning, posting and performance analytics. Record, produce and distribute quarterly CEO Town Hall communications to employees.

30% – Advertising Execution

Execute the annual advertising calendar, including the creation of new advertisements that effectively represent Seneca Companies and OWL Service across branch-level and national markets. Ensure all advertising materials meet media deadlines and brand standards.

5% – Digital Asset Management

Manage the corporate digital asset library, including capturing new images and videos in accordance with Seneca and OWL safety standards. Organize, maintain and routinely audit digital assets to ensure accuracy ,usability and compliance.

5% – Additional Marketing Support

Perform other marketing duties as assigned, including representing the marketing department at trade shows, conferences and other company events as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills And Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines – use Monday.com Proficiency with marketing automation / email marketing platforms (Microsoft D365), CRM, social media management tools and content management systems for website management Experience in graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and video recording capabilities and editing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze marketing data and apply insights to future campaigns Collaborative mindset with strong customer service orientation.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred

Tools and Equipment

Ability to accomplish the described duties through the use of appropriate computer and general office equipment. Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Design - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 CRM and Marketing Automation programs and web design CMS.

Physical/Mental Exertion

Ability to perform light physical work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis, performing such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, and repetitive tasks. Continuous attention to numerical detail. Normal office environment.
