Choosing a job or hiring for one is up there with the most important decisions we make. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Producer to join the Puck team part-time and help us on our mission of building a better way to hire, finding people the right jobs, and making hiring human.
In this role, you’ll interview senior leaders across industries to create powerful, story-driven employer branding content for businesses. The ideal candidate has a sharp editorial instinct, knows how to identify the strongest narrative moments, and can craft tight, engaging content that resonates with professional audiences.
What You’ll Do:
Host and produce podcasts with senior leaders across industries Shape clear narratives that highlight leadership insights and brand positioning Coordinate timing for podcasts, and be available to work around external schedules Develop interview topics and questions based on publicly available information Remotely engineer interviews to optimize sound quality Mix audio and leverage tools to deliver studio‑sounding audio (e.g. iZotope RX, Adobe Enhance Speech) Share insights back with the Puck team based on guest experience Who You Are:
1+ years professional experience in audio production, likely for a radio station or podcast Comfortable conveying interview‑based stories in a clear and engaging way for listeners Strong communication and organizational skills Work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Passionate and knowledgeable about audio storytelling, especially for branded content Preferred Qualifications:
Skilled in hosting and engineering remote interviews Proficient with ProTools and Descript editing workflows Background in marketing content development Time Commitment:
Expected + 10 hours / week, with some variability Required availability to meet during business hours with guests of the podcast If you’re passionate about storytelling through audio and enjoy turning long‑form conversations into compelling employer brand content, we’d love to hear from you.
