Job Description
Lifesong Church is seeking Adult Ministries Pastor or Director. Responsibilities
Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team).
Oversee the development, execution, and engagement of Small Groups for the purposes of community, care, and spiritual formation.
Work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to raise up and equip Small Group leaders.
Develop the Small Group direction and offering for each Small Group season.
Vet Small Group curriculum as needed.
Coordinate launch efforts for each Small Groups season.
Oversee the Next Gen ministry in collaboration with the Kids Ministry Leader, and Youth & Young Adult Director.
Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor.
Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience building and leading teams.
3 – 5 years of experience in the Pastor or Director role.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Strong project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
