
Role: Instructional Designer/ Trainer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract: 12 Months with possibilities of extension
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Job Description
Design and develop end-to-end training programs for enterprise systems, digital products, and product management methodologies.
Create engaging learning materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions (VILT), job aids, playbooks, simulations, and system walkthroughs.
Partner with Product Managers, Technology teams, Operations, and Business Leaders to translate complex system functionality into clear, learner-friendly content.
Support training initiatives tied to system implementations (e.g., core banking platforms, CRM, workflow tools, product lifecycle tools).
Develop training aligned to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Product Management frameworks.
Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify knowledge gaps and define learning objectives.
Lead user readiness activities in collaboration with Change Management teams.
Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements in banking/financial environments.
Maintain learning documentation within LMS platforms and track completion metrics.
