
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Analyst in Orlando, FL. Summary: The Marketing Analyst transforms data into clear, compelling insights that improve campaign performance and guide strategic decisions. This role combines strong analytical expertise with hands‑on marketing channel experience to optimize acquisition, engagement, and growth.
Analyze performance across paid media channels including SEM, social, and email
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using GA4, Looker, and other BI tools
Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and measurement frameworks
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
Present results and strategy updates to leadership
Requirements Core Skills & Expertise:
Marketing analytics and data interpretation
Paid media campaign analysis (Google, Microsoft, social platforms)
Reporting & visualization (GA4, Looker)
Measurement strategy, tagging, and attribution
Identifying trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies
Tech skills: GA and Adobe; Airtable
Professional Strengths
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear, confident communicator
Collaborative partner across teams
Polished presenter comfortable with leadership audiences
Proactive, insight‑driven mindset with the ability to tell a story with data
Background Experience Valued
Agency environments with exposure to diverse campaign types
Hotel and travel industry experience
Supporting or analyzing new product launches
Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
