In This Role Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website content to increase conversions and improve user experience.
Coordination: Work closely with content producers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the prospect, stay ahead of competitors, and keep yourself up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
What You Will Bring
Work experience: 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, designing and implementing digital campaigns with positive results
Industry knowledge: Experience marketing B2B hardware, with preference for scientific instruments manufacturing
Technical skills: Experience in email marketing tools, PPC channels, SEO best practices, and social media marketing
Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Project management: Competent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross‑functional international enterprise
Communication expertise: Exceptional written and verbal skills
Creativity: Ability to devise compelling and engaging marketing materials that engage engineers and persuade by understanding their needs
