They’re hiring a Product Designer to shape how engineers see and reason about their infrastructure - turning dense system behaviour and AI-driven analysis into interfaces that are fast, clear, and trustworthy.
The design work includes: Crafting data-rich investigation flows and automation surfaces Prototyping new interaction patterns for AI-assisted reasoning Owning the visual language and design system as the product scales
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, working closely with engineering in a high-performance, in‑person NYC team.
What we’re looking for 4+ years in product design or equivalent hands‑on experience Strong visual, UI, and interaction skills with shipped work to show Experience designing complex, technical, or workflow‑heavy products Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving clear outcomes Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools Startup experience and formal design education are nice‑to‑haves
