MindSpring is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities within the e-learning sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for education and technology to join a fast-paced and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Identify and target new business opportunities in the e-learning and corporate training space. Manage and expand existing client relationships, and, identify and establish new relationships and opportunities.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met through tailored e-learning solutions.

Presentations & Demos: Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and webinars to potential clients. Effectively communicate the benefits of MindSpring’s e-learning solutions.

Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements and business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process. Responsible for entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication throughout.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitors to better position MindSpring's products and services.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development in CRM software. Regularly report on sales progress and forecast potential revenue.

Qualifications

Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development, preferably within the e-learning, SaaS, learning management system (LMS), or education technology industries.

Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, solutions, and trends.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive new business.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales performance tracking tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
