Manage the deployment of technology to U.S. Public Sector customers for quick value realization
Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
Conduct training sessions and demonstrate technology to various stakeholders
Develop strong relationships with customers while managing multiple engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Strong priority management and emotional intelligence
Hands‑on experience with technical products
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions
Strong problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
Familiarity with large‑scale Public Sector solutions
