Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Reports To: Director of Ecommerce

Job Summary Own and scale customer lifetime value (LTV) across Gymreapers’ DTC and Amazon ecosystems by building world‑class email, SMS, post‑purchase, loyalty, and repeat purchase systems. This role exists to turn first‑time buyers into lifelong Gymreapers customers.

You will be accountable for repeat rate, LTV, churn reduction, and contribution margin from retention channels.

Own retention strategy end‑to‑end across:

Email (Klaviyo)

SMS

Post‑purchase & replenishment flows

Loyalty & referral programs

Build, optimize, and scale automation flows:

Welcome & onboarding

Abandoned browse / cart / checkout

Post‑purchase education

Cross‑sell & upsell

Win‑back & churn prevention

Develop segmentation strategy by:

Purchase behavior

Product category

Channel (Amazon vs DTC)

Customer value tiers

Partner with Creative to:

Define messaging frameworks

Build high‑converting templates

Test copy, offers, and creative at scale

Own A/B testing roadmap:

Subject lines

Offers

Timing

Frequency

Manage send calendar & channel orchestration (email + SMS + on‑site)

Collaborate with Ops & Product to:

Support launches

Drive repeat purchases

Improve post‑purchase experience

Required Experience Ideal Experience

7+ years in ecommerce, marketplaces, or international expansion

Proven experience scaling international revenue through owned execution

Deep expertise in international Amazon marketplaces

Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability

Experience building and leading cross‑functional teams

Strong understanding of international logistics and fulfillment
