What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist employees with inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2‑4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center environment

2‑4 years of experience leading a remote team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage time efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the pest management industry or similar field

Familiarity with call center operations and sales strategies

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to motivate a team

Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives
