
Receivables Manager – Real Estate & Legal Claims (Hybrid)

full-time or part-time (at least 28 hours/week) receivables manager (m/f/d)
who enjoys working in a team. Frankfurt | Full-time | Permanent Review and processing of rental and security deposit accounts Termination of tenancy agreements Agreement on installment payments Legal enforcement of claims:
Conducting court dunning procedures and eviction proceedings Monitoring of payment claims from third parties Foreclosures and evictions with and without landlord's lien
Filing claims in insolvency proceedings Conducting negotiations with debtors, lawyers and public institutions Completed commercial training as a legal or judicial assistant (m/f/d) or other commercial training, preferably with a focus on real estate management Ideally, initial professional experience in receivables management Knowledge of enforcement, insolvency, and civil law Process orientation, independence, personal responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team Confident use of MS Office and basic SAP skills are an advantage Modern working environment: virtual teamwork, state-of-the-art equipment including iPads, mobile working and flexible working hours with a 37-hour week, life-phase-conscious corporate culture with the "audit berufundfamilie" award since 2009.
