We are focused on identifying local candidates who can work a hybrid office‑based position (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the team’s Boston, Massachusetts location. This role is not eligible for remote work or relocation. About The Role

Validity is looking for an experienced SaaS Account Executive to join our high‑performing new business sales team. As an Account Executive, you will sell Validity’s SaaS products within a designated territory and industry markets. Team Dynamic

Sell Validity’s SaaS products and services directly to targeted businesses across specific industries Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas Drive new business opportunities by outbound prospecting Utilize Validity’s sales process to uncover prospect needs and the value of the business problems we solve Qualify and screen all inbound inquiries Accurately manage and forecast your business using Salesforce Become proficient with sales tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Required Experience, Skills, and Education

Minimum of 5 years of proven success selling SaaS/Marketing Technology products, achieving quotas, and closing $50K+ deals within large enterprise accounts Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed environments and building multi‑level relationships with executive presence to earn C‑suite trust Demonstrated history of meeting monthly performance objectives and accurate forecasting Ability to self‑source opportunities from cold outbound and warm/inbound leads Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity new business sales environment Excellent communication skills Experience using Salesforce CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities Outstanding time‑management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficiency in sales stack technologies (ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong) Self‑motivated with strong organization and multitasking abilities Successful quota‑carrying experience calling on business influencers and meeting performance objectives Based in Boston and able to work a hybrid office schedule (minimum three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with up to 20% travel Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred Familiarity and comfort using the MEDDPICC sales process Knowledge/Experience in Email Deliverability or Data Management Industry preferred Experience with in‑person events is a bonus Compensation

Base salary range: $85,000 – $110,000. OTE range: $170,000 – $220,000, plus benefits, bonus opportunities, and stock options. Final salary may vary based on skills, location, and experience. About Validity
