Job Responsibilities

Educate customers on all products and services offered by NextGear Capital, including inventory financing and ancillary products

Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market to achieve target volumes

Build a prospect list through cold calling, lead follow‑up, and referrals

Increase overall loan volume and utilization through service calls to existing customers

Manage customer engagement and experience during the first six months of the dealer lifecycle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field

Valid driver’s license required; safe driving record essential

Proven ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, results‑driven environment

Familiarity with company operating and reporting systems, including Microsoft SalesForce

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience in outside sales and portfolio management

3+ years of experience in finance or the auto industry

Sales management skills, including lead development and portfolio growth

Experience working with auction general managers and auction staff

Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast‑paced work environment
