Aero Filter, Inc. is looking to fill the role of
Industrial Sales Representative
for support in
Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan. This territory-based sales role covers Michigan and Ohio. Candidates must reside within the territory.
Responsibilities
Target new business opportunities as well as maximize sales revenue of established accounts.
Maintain effective communication and develop working relationships with customers via phone, email or in person visits.
Demonstrate strong ability to use the company’s ERP software to track opportunities, accurately enter customer data, and complete efficient customer quotations.
Develop competency in product and application knowledge.
Excellent at maintaining accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date customer records.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions and technical seminars.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must be a resourceful, proactive, self-motivated team player.
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of relevant sales experience and a strong industrial sales aptitude, including ability to understand customer needs and requirements, identify solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
Initial Salary with stepped program to full commission
