The company produces filtering elements and components for the aftermarket, hydraulic, electrical discharge machining, air/oil separation, and industrial plant engineering sectors. It offers a wide range of products, including water and air filters for dust extraction, micro‑filtering elements for EDM, components for compressors, filters for air/oil separation, clogging indicators, elements for hydraulic suction, aftermarket products, and spin‑on filters.

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑centric professional to join our U.S. team and help drive growth within our existing customer base.

Inside Sales Representative Your Role Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is the primary link between our customers and our sales team. This role is not just about processing orders; it is about providing exceptional technical support, building relationships with current customers, and establishing a rapport with new prospects and customers. As such, the position requires internal drive to grow the business, a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, and analytical skills to analyze sales and prioritize work. You will be responsible for generating quotes, managing customer inquiries, and proactively suggesting additional products to meet customer needs.

Reports to: General Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Prepare accurate and timely quotes and formal offers for the external sales team and direct customers.

Account Growth: Actively engage with existing customers to identify additional filtration needs and cross‑sell/up‑sell products during routine interactions; set up new customers and complete onboarding.

Customer Relationship Management: Provide elite‑level customer service by resolving inquiries regarding product availability, technical specifications, and order status.

Technical Consultation: Use your knowledge of construction machinery, air compressors, and hydraulic systems to recommend the correct filtration solutions.

Field Engagement: Travel 3–4 times per year to represent Fai Filtri at industry trade shows and visit critical customers to strengthen partnerships.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales progress in the CRM system for reporting to Global Sales leaders.

Job Requirements

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience or deep familiarity with the filter industry, construction machinery, air compressors, or related heavy equipment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone presence.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical data sheets and understand the mechanical requirements of filtration systems.

Proactive Mindset: A “hunter” mentality within an “account management” framework—always looking for the next opportunity to help a customer.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM or ERP software.

Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Travel: Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 10% of the time.
