Our client is a K-Beauty Distributor seeking a Junior Account Executive with current experience in beauty/personal care and currently working with Target on Sell In and must live in LA!
Role Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support and grow our Target beauty business. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of Target account experience who wants more ownership, exposure, and responsibility than a traditional large company.
What You’ll Do
Support the day-to-day management of the Target account across multiple beauty brands.
Own key executional tasks including PO management, forecasting support, and replenishment tracking.
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to move quickly and solve problems.
Build and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Support new item launches, promotions, seasonal programs, and line reviews.
Communicate directly with Target buyers, planners, and internal stakeholders.
Track inventory, identify risks early, and proactively propose solutions.
Assist with presentations and strategic planning as the account grows.
Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as the company scales.
Required
2–3 years of experience supporting or managing a Target account at a beauty brand, distributor, or CPG company.
Solid understanding of Target processes, timelines, and retail expectations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with changing priorities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Clear and professional communicator.
Self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (PowerPoint a plus).
Good to have
Exposure to multiple brands or a growing SKU portfolio.
Experience with K-beauty or international brands.
Interest in growing into a Senior Account Executive or Key Account role.
