Wholesale (Women's West Coast and Southwest Regions)

The Junior Account Executive will support and drive growth across the Women's West Coast and Southwest regions, managing existing wholesale accounts and cultivating new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in executing showroom operations, supporting market appointments and ensuring exceptional brand experience for our wholesale partners. What you'll do: Account Management & Sales Growth

manage active and prospective wholesale accounts across the Women's West Coast and Southwest regions. West Coast: WA, OR, CA, AK, HI, MT, ID, NV, AZ, UT, NM, WY, CO Southwest: TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, MO, KS Drive territory sales performance to meet or exceed annual regional sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including specialty boutiques and regional key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners through consistent communication, operational support, road work, trunk shows and market appointments. Showroom & Market Support

assist with planning and execution of LA Market (5X annually) and Dallas trade shows (2-4X annually). Research and recommend additional events, such as regional trade shows, road shows, hotel shows. Host showroom appointments and trunk shows with key accounts, providing product knowledge and merchandising support. Maintain LA Showroom standards organize samples, manage send-outs/returns, ensure an elevated client experience. Territory & Operational Management

oversee day-to-day operations for assigned territories, including order-entry, delivery tracking, payment follow-up. Pull and analyze weekly account-level sales data, identify in-season opportunities and areas of risk. Partner with planning and merchandising teams to communicate selling trends and regional needs. Utilize Netsuite and Nuorder daily. What you'll have: Minimum 2 years of Wholesale experience working in contemporary Women's space Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent years of work experience Ability to communicate effectively in person and through email Proficient in Excel Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Goal oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Has a valid US license Wakes up every day to make a difference Already a Faherty fan We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer. Why us you ask!
