
Purpose
To manage the administrative and technical tasks surrounding customer order processing/inventory management and act as a liaison between the Sales and Operations departments to enable Sales to sell more efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Daily order entry, order scheduling, and post-shipment processing by region, team, sales representative, and/or market
Regularly collaborate cross-departmentally to support the Sales function
High-level administrative and critical-thinking tasks, including updating and entering data across multiple platforms, prioritizing shipments based on operational capacity and available inventory, quality checking paperwork and submitting to Document Control, etc.
Assisting with account management for multi-site accounts, including setting up satellite locations across our systems and working closely with Shipping to ensure product is delivered to the correct destinations
Vetting clinician information and setting up account-specific report delivery preferences for healthcare facilities
Regularly managing sensitive information, including PHI/PII, while complying with HIPAA’s minimum requirement
Daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting as required by leadership
Flexibility toward demands and changes in the role as the company grows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
SalesOps experience preferred
Experience in biotech preferred
Experience in Salesforce and ERP systems preferred
Experience working with PHI/PII (HIPAA)
Alternate titles: Customer Relations Associate, Sales Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Representative
Enforcing a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Upholding organizational SOPs and a desire to implement best practice solutions
Familiarity with CRM and ERP software
Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Salary & Benefits The estimated hiring salary range for this position is
$24/hr to $26/hr .* The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
