
We are looking for motivated
Key Account Manager the Netherlands . Your main targets will be to develop account and sales strategy for key specifiers and implement it.
The ideal candidate will be apt to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Your primary tasks:
Establishing and intensifying long-term customer relationships with key customers and with our sales partner in the Netherlands.
Your main targets will be to develop account and sales strategy for key specifiers & contractors and implement it.
Coordination of all relevant activities of the relevant key customers between the sales regions or between the sales partners and the corresponding internal departments.
Development of relationship management with key customers.
Meeting or exceeding, agreed sales targets.
Acquiring new customers/supporting the acquisition of new customers in the area of key customers.
Representation tasks and conducting annual meetings with the various customer groups.
Contact person for internal interfaces and regular coordination with, in particular field sales and project sales
Create, fill, maintain, and follow up on key account plans (quantitative and qualitative transparency)
Regular monitoring of key accounts (figures/data/facts)
Budget and Demand Planning
Development of a customer development plan/customer orientation
Preparation of terms and conditions, negotiation of terms and conditions, follow-up on terms and conditions
Participation in exhibitions, events and factory visits.
Support and representation of the Director Sales Benelux in all tasks.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree
5+ years of experience in field sales, key account management as well as in relations to contractors and specifiers
Self‑motivation and the ability to work in a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of business administration
Fluent in Dutch and English, German or French is a plus
To be open to travel frequently
