Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Des Moines, IA, for a Sales Manager at Home Pride Contractors. The Sales Manager will lead a team in achieving sales objectives by developing and implementing strategies to generate new business and nurture client relationships. This role involves prospecting, client communication, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also provide guidance and training to the sales team, track performance metrics, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Account Management.
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor and train a sales team.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Data Analysis.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Des Moines, IA.
