Cox Automotive Europe is scaling rapidly across the continent following significant new partnerships, including our recent success with Stellantis. To strengthen our presence in Belgium, we are now looking for a skilled and customer‑oriented
Account Manager
to support our growing network of dealerships across the Flemish and/or Walloon regions.

As an Account Manager for Belgium, you will act as a trusted advisor to our small and medium‑sized dealership customers. Your role is to help them adopt our platform, support their commercial goals, and ensure a long‑term, value‑driven partnership.
You will:
Build strong and lasting relationships with dealership customers across Belgium
Convert pre‑qualified leads into active, engaged users
Understand each customer’s needs and provide tailored solutions
Monitor customer activity, anticipate risks, and support retention
Advise dealers on stock sourcing, sales optimisation, and profitability improvement
Identify additional revenue opportunities through up‑sell and cross‑sell conversations
Work closely with internal teams: Customer Success, Buyer Engagement, Logistics, Claims, and Marketing
Host regular review meetings (mostly remote) with customers to support their business development
Track and report on account performance and customer feedback
Your contribution will directly impact customer loyalty, commercial performance, and our wider European growth strategy.
Fluent Dutch or French speaker
5+ years of Account Management experience in the automotive sector
Solid understanding of dealership processes, used‑car sourcing, and sales operations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable analysing data and presenting insights (e.g., Power BI)
Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time and appointments independently
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multiple international teams
Experience working inside a dealership (e.g., used car sales, sales manager)
Knowledge of both Dutch and French
Degree in business, automotive, or related fields
Experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced corporate environment
Passion for vehicles, brands, models, and technical specifications
